Certified Positions:  (Hope to fill 2025-26 SY positions by March or early April 2025)

*Special Education Resource Teacher: Must Provide direct instruction and collaborative services for Special Education students. Must be fully Oklahoma certified in Mild/Moderate and Elementary Education OR Severe Profound Certification.

 Support Positions:

 

*Payroll Specialist: Maintain a working knowledge of the payroll process including fringe benefits, employment contracts, and public school labor laws. This person will help ensure accurate processing and recording of district employee payroll information such as payroll distribution payments, processing time sheets, identifying coding discrepancies, processing garnishments, unemployment reporting, processing maintenance invoices, contact for district drug testing and setting up new employees in the district system. Other duties include being point of contact for workers comp claims, recording and tracking professional development of staff, and general secretarial duties as needed.  Competency in the Sylogist accounting system and prior experience in accounting or record keeping a plus.  This is a 12-month position (July 1 to  June 30) with district paid health insurance. All employees are paid on a monthly basis.  **The starting date would be immediate in order to provide some training prior to taking over the position fully.  

*Mechanic/Maintenance: Mechanic with previous experience in maintenance of vehicles (fixing brakes, changing oil & transmission fluid, troubleshooting electrical issues, replacing belts, gas/diesel motor repair, etc.) and small engine repair.  References to speak to this experience are a must. Successful applicant will be required (if not already possessing certification) to go through and successfully complete CDL bus driving training certification. As part of the interview process, applicants may be asked to demonstrate competency as a mechanic. This position also requires some general maintenance/custodial responsibilities as needed. Salary based on experience and certification as mechanic. This is a 12-month position (July 1 to  June 30) with district paid health insurance. All employees are paid on a monthly basis.  

*Personal Care Assistant: (2025-26 SY) The successful candidate will work one-on-one with a student to meet their basic academic and personal care needs. Position requires additional training to become a Tier 2 Para. The district will provide support in obtaining this training and a Tier 2 additional pay stipend upon completion. Candidates who already have obtained Tier 2 status would be paid stipend as part of hiring process.

*Bus route driver:  CDL with School Bus endorsement required. (Training opportunities available.)
